Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within the U.S. If you’d like to place an order outside the U.S., please contact us.

  • Orders typically ship within 3 business days. During peak seasons or launches, shipping may take a bit longer. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to change the shipping address.

  • First, check around your delivery area (porch, side door, mailroom/front desk) and confirm the shipping address on your order. If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll help you troubleshoot next steps.
